Not so random and you'll see why

This is what I would somewhat look like if I were an anime chibi with an evil scheme up my sleeve (hurhur it rhymed). This complements a meme I have challenged myself to do and have just completed. Meh it was a 5 minute thing with lineart and all done straight on photoshop...no reference used (I be proud) :3 though shading still isn't my thing T ^ T
